HVS has assisted homeless veterans for over 25 years

Featuring services such as employment assistance, clothing, dentistry, medical, VA claims & benefits assistance, shelter, legal assistance, groceries, and haircuts.
Meals are served all weekend.

We are accepting donations for the 2025 event. Drop off items at the event starting Friday, September 12th.

Gently used clothing may be dropped off at Stand Down for Used Clothing Tent
Monetary donations are also accepted.
We are looking for groups to sponsor meals at the Stand Down. There will be 6 meals served over the weekend. Breakfast and lunch for 300 – 400 people. Dinner for 500 – 600 people. The average budget is approximately $1.50 per meal
